It is important that you keep your energy levels up by eating well during your Rinjani climb.
A. 2D-1N Trip
Day 1:
Lunch: Vegetable Soup + Mix rice (Nasi Campur Ala Lombok), Vegetables Salad, Fruits and Soft Drink + tea
Dinner : Chicken Curry + Vegetable Curry + plain rice. Drinks: ginger tea or lemon tea, and Fruits
Day 2 :
Breakfast: Banana Pancake, Toast, Fruits. Drinks: Lombok coffee or tea with milk
Lunch: Fried Noodles with chicken, Fruit Salad, and Soft Drink
B. 3D-2N Trip
Day 1:
Lunch: Vegetable Soup + Mix rice (Nasi Campur Ala Lombok), Vegetables Salad, Fruits, and Soft Drink
Dinner: Chicken Curry or Vegetable Curry + plain rice. Drinks: ginger tea or lemon tea and Fruits
Day 2 :
Breakfast: Banana Pancake, Toast, Fruits, Lombok coffee or tea with milk

Lunch: Noodle Soup Special, Soft Drink, Fruits and drinks: coffee or tea
C. 4D-3N Trip
Day 1:
Lunch: Vegetable Soup + Mix rice (Nasi Campur Ala Lombok), Vegetables Salad, Fruits, and Soft Drink
Dinner: Chicken Curry + Vegetable Curry + plain rice Drinks: ginger tea or lemon tea and Fruits
Day 2 :
Breakfast: Banana Pancake, Toast, Fruits. Drinks: Lombok coffee or tea with milk
Lunch: Fried Noodles with chicken, Fruit Salad, and Soft Drink

Day 4 :
Breakfast: Spring Rool Special, Fruits, Lombok coffee or tea
Lunch: Spaghetti Bolognese, Soft Drink, Fruits
Note: the menu can be random
Remember to tell us if you have any special dietary requirements because both meat and nuts form a substantial part of the food on Rinjani. Our cooks are able to conjure up tasty and nutritious food despite little in the way of equipment and ingredients.
Some Biscuits or fried bananas with tea or coffee every afternoon and a large bottle of water are prepared every morning at breakfast time and carried by the trekker in a daypack.
