Booking Terms & Conditions
Booking Deposit: To book our packages, we require a non-refundable deposit of 50 USD per person in advance. This deposit is to secure your ticket, hotel for the night before the trek, and the trip package.
The remaining balance can be paid on the day of arrival via credit card, debit card, Paypal, cash in any currency or through TransferWise.
#Payment Fees Information
- Credit Card : There is a 3% transaction fee when paying by credit card/debit card.
- PayPal: If you choose to pay via PayPal, there is a 5% transaction fee.
- Transfer Wise : Payments made through Wise generally incur a 3% fee.
- ATM Withdrawals: The fee for withdrawing cash from an ATM in Indonesia ranges from 3% to 5%, depending on the issuing country of your bank card.
We offer a money-back guarantee ranging from 10-50% if our service is unsatisfactory. Please inform us directly if there are any issues with our team, food, camping equipment, drivers, etc.
